TIP: Have your consultant or a friend deliver them to the hotel the morning of your guests arrival.  Most hotels will ensure that a staff member place the welcome basket in the room prior to check-in. Are you having a destination wedding? Fill this up with goodies for a picnic to go sightseeing the day before the wedding.
