SHIPPING INFORMATION: Our shipping is guaranteed and we ship the cookies in sturdy boxes with ice packs. Cookies are shipped 2nd Dir Air in cooler weather and Next Day Air in warmer weather to ensure the chocolate does not melt. Please refer to our

SHELF LIFE: When unopened, the shelf life is approximately 3 months. Cookies should be stored in a dry and cool place, but NOT a refrigerator, as extreme temperatures can melt or discolor the chocolate and cause them to sweat.
